Declare the 31th  October of every year the World Day for the Right to the City and make a global call for the right to the city , and the universal opposition to forced evictions and displacements  that are dramatically impacting both on our urban and rural communities.

Call for international solidarity with Narmada Valley struggle for Zero Evictions!

We appeal international solidarity to support the 32 years struggle of Narmada Bachao Andolan, against the Indian Prime Minister’s authoritarian decision to close the gates of Sardar Sarovar Dam lake, an environmentally destructive and human rights violative project, without ensuring rehabilitation of 200,000 people who have been living in the areas that will be submerged.
