Representantes de organizações sociais de 18 países da África e América Latina reunidos na cidade de Harare, Zimbábue, ante a repressão criminosa ordenada pelo governo de Alan Garcia que culminou com o massacre e desaparecimento de centenas de indígenas no Peru que exigiam a revogação dos decretos presidenciais que violam seus legítimos direitos ao território, aos bens comuns da natureza e ao ambiente, manifestamos:
